About Me
We have 2 children (10 & 8) and a dog. My husband and I both work shifts. Our daughter is autistic and currently awaiting placement at specialist school and is at home full time, with 4 hours tutoring a week. I am returning to work in May 2025 and we are starting looking to find the right person to join our family.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone with SEN experience (or a willingness to learn) who can form a relationship with our daughter and be a mentor and friend as well as childcare provider. We will be looking for two long days most likely, although not confirmed yet. We would like to start building the relationship in the coming months and so would like to arrange ad-hoc days (paid of course) if possible to get to know each other and make the transition as easy as possible for our children. The ideal candidate would also be willing to help out with dog walking, and possibly light household duties (cooking and possibly laundry) while the tutor is with our daughter.
