My Summary

My Experience

I have worked 2 summer seasons working for Neilson active holidays as the Childcare Supervisor, looking after children from 4 months to 17 years. This role involved coming up with activities, taking children sailing, swimming and kayaking as well as creative fun such as messy play and arts and crafts. I have also worked as both a dance teacher and gymnastics coach. I taught dance for 3 years, which involved running weekly classes, choreographing dances for the biannual dance show as well as chaperoning and running masterclasses in school holidays. More recently I have worked 3 winter seasons as a resort manager and chalet host in Les Arc and Morzine in France, where I was catering and hosting 15 guests a week- most of these were family's and as part of the job role I catered for children's lunches and high tea. I have a first-class Biomedical Science (BSc) degree from the University of Birmingham and therefore would be happy to tutor/help with school work- I have tutored GCSE level maths. Finally, I have nannied and helped with home learning during the previous lockdowns this year.

My Qualifications

Paediatric First Aid.
First-class Biomedical Science degree from the University of Birmingham.
A-level Photography (A*), Maths (B) and Biology (B)
GCSE's (6 A*s and 5A's) including triple science, Maths, English and French.
Food Safety and Catering Level 2 (Chartered Insititute of Environmental Health)
Full clean driving licence.
I am DBS checked.

My Availability

I am available 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and have the flexibility to work weekends/evenings for babysitting. I am available until the 5th of December.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)

I am looking for £13-£15/hour dependent on the nature of the role i.e. the number of kids and if catering and or tutoring is involved.
