Hi! I’m Rosie :)
I’m a young woman living in Stockbridge Edinburgh. I currently work full-time as a night practitioner, working in a domestic abuse refuge. This role has given me deep experience supporting people through trauma and mental health challenges, as well as developing strong skills in crisis response and emotional care.

My Experience
On my days off, I’m looking for part-time childcare work. I have hands-on experience from working in a nursery setting with children aged 1–5, and I absolutely love being around little ones. Supporting children as they grow, learn, and build confidence brings me so much joy. I’m calm, patient, and genuinely enjoy connecting with each child’s unique personality.
In addition to my childcare experience, I’m trained in:
• First Aid
• Psychological First Aid
• Safeguarding and trauma-informed care

These skills help me provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children I have cared for—and peace of mind for parents too.
My Qualifications
At present, I am yet to be qualified although I do have all my PVG checks for children and adults. I however have many other qualifications in various training.
