My Experience

I am able to plan activities and carry them through effectively. I am responsible and able to work under my own direction. When I was babysitting I learnt how to become more creative by planning activities for the children. I am also a good team player. I am able to listen to others and give my own ideas. I worked effectively in a team during my time, at nursery for example: helping staff with task like serving food and helping them clear up after the children’s have had their lunch.

• I worked in global kids for almost 3 years now in preschool room
• I helped out in setting up the room, cleaning the room after the preschoolers have ate, putting the preschoolers to sleep, singing and reading books to the preschoolers during circle time, setting up the garden for outdoor playtime.
• There have been times where I've also had to cover other rooms like the toddler room and baby room .

• I have been baby sitting for 2 years, I have cared for children around 2-4 years during day and evening.
• I have prepared meals and ensured children were fed and put to bed.
• I have organised fun and educational games, read storybooks that increased children’s interest in story time and also planned outdoor activities.
• Helped parents with household. (cleaning and cooking meals)
