Conscientious, Professional and Caring

Liz has been looking after our son for a few months now. She has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that she offers activities that build on his interests and support his individual development. She's so clearly invested in what she does and it shows in the way she creates and plans learning opportunities for the little ones like visiting the mosque one day, meeting with a policeman another, themed arts and crafts etc etc. She also takes real care to make sure there is cohesion for him as he moves between her care and home for example she was amazing in helping him adjust to time spent away from us with his grandparents, talking to him about them all week and helping him prepare. She is so thorough and conscientious in everything she does on our end too in terms of communication, flexibility, providing updates, engaging with us daily about his day and the things he has loved or found challenging, making suggestions about how we can encourage or develop some of the interests/skills he's beginning to explore in her care. She even has a seasonal menu and meal plan! She's just on top of everything and you know that everything is intentional and has been considered. She's an absolute professional and it's been great to know that our son is in safe hands. Thanks Liz!
