My Summary

My Experience

I have worked within childcare for 24 years. I have worked with ages 3 months to 5 years and worked in three nursery’s settings starting as lunch cover, before becoming a nursery nurse in various rooms in the nursery. I became a head of unit and then promoted to third in charge assisting in the daily running of the nursery.

Previously in 2016 I also worked in a specialist school, supporting children between 4-11 years with additional needs. I loved being able to support the children as well as their needs helping them achieve their goals, developments, and next steps.
My passion is to plan activities, making learning fun, interesting and based around the child’s interests and developmental stages.

Since becoming a mummy in 2021 to my little boy who is now 3 I was able to go part time but not long after in 2023 we had our little girl who is now 2. Since having my daughter I was able to drop more days and was able to become a stay at home mummy most of the week and just work in a nursery setting on a Thursday. Now my children are a little older it’s now time to start looking for families that may need my help.

My Qualifications

I have NVQ level 2 and 3 In children and young people workforce.
Been on first aid courses, safeguarding, 0-2years training and attend many more.
I have a clean driving license and access to a 5 door car.

My Availability

I’m happy to work Monday to Thursdays and some Fridays.

My Fees

• Nannying from £12.50 per hour (gross)
