Hello, I'm Lauren, and I am a qualified childcare professional with extensive knowledge of how to keep children safe, secure and happy.
I am very self motivated and often find children naturally gravitate to me.
For a number of years, I have worked with children aged 0 to 14 and have dealt with special education needs.
I have received first aid training and have a current DBS
My Experience
In my years of experience I have learnt new skills such as my paediatric first aid training, makaton training, health and safety training and safeguarding training.
Some of the roles when working in these settings included:
•Making sure children can thrive in a safe secure and stimulating environment
•Cooking for children
•Changing nappies
•Making sure children are achieving their milestones to their set age in the EYFS
•comforting distressed children
I currently work with children in hospital.
