Filareti has been looking after our 2 year old son since September on a Mon-Fri 9-5 basis while we both work.

Filareti has a son the same age as ours, they have become great friends and it is great to see them learn, share and gain social experience together.

The kids schedule is fun, varied and learning based - it is good to know they are not just being sat in front of a tv!

Each morning the kids help prepare their fruit and snacks, followed by a walk over the park with scooters/bikes and the dog. Lunch, then normally followed by nap/quiet time.

There are weekly themed activities and arts and crafts. We often get painting or art projects when our son comes home in the evening.

The setting is safe and in a quiet street. The back garden is a good size for playing outdoors and is secured so the kids can’t escape!

Initially, as when going anywhere new, our son would cry when being dropped off - now he throws his jacket off on arrival and smiles and waves from the window. He is happy when we pick him up and he tells us about his day. Filareti also teaches the kids some Greek.

In the evening Filareti sends a summary and any photo/videos from the day - normally of a new discovery over the park.

Filareti is excellent and very well organised. When our son is there I feel that I can concentrate on work, knowing that he is being well looked after and cared for.
