About Me

I strive to provide a warm, fun and nurturing environment for the children I care for in both babysitting and nanny positions.
I am currently working for the government’s plant health department from home but I am still happy to take occasional babysitting and nanny jobs on evening and on my day offs.
My goal is for parents to experience worry-free time away from home knowing that their children are in competent hands.
As a nursery nurse of 5 years, I have a background in teaching information to younger children based on the Early years foundation scheme. I have a strong understanding of the general abilities and interests of young children.
I also tutored English and Hungarian in the past but would love the opportunity to teach your children in any subject you desire.
Finally, I have a strong interest in arts and crafts and would love to design crafts to create with your children. As a volunteer at my high school’s arts and crafts club, I have designed over thirty craft set ups and led dozens of lessons on how to create these crafts.
In my part time job I also provide entertainment for children on birthday parties and I have the skills and knowledge to come up with activities that will keep your child engaged while having fun and learning at the same time.
Many of these activities would be perfect for your children and would provide them with stimulating entertainment for hours. With my experience and skills, combined with my strong initiative and calm head under pressure, I have what it takes to be a great nanny.
I have a passion for young learners, and I am ambitious in my goals to be a specialist in early childhood care and education.

My skills and accomplishments include:
• Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare diploma/Early years educator
• 5 years Nursery setting experience, working with the age group of 2-3 years
• Cared for two girls, from young age for 4 years as their private family nanny.
• Prepared and served meals with balanced nutrition, ensuring food safety for children who had peanut allergy, while trained in emergency response, I am fully qualified in first aid.
• Organized fun and educational games, read storybooks that increased children’s interest in story time, and planned outdoor activities such as walking to the local playground and park
• Transported the children to and from school, lessons, appointments, and other events.
• Coordinated everyday activities that encouraged education and social skills.
• Created a fun, secure, inspiring, and comfortable environment.
• Supervised children while parents were on vacation, business trips or weekend getaways.
• Given full responsibility with medication and any other medical needs.
