Part time nanny to our son (nanny share)

Rhi is one of a kind, we were so lucky to find her. She was a brilliant nanny to our son as part of a nanny share with another girl. Every day the kids went out somewhere interesting, and she always came up with fun activities to keep them entertained. It was so reassuring to know our child was in safe hands and felt safe and secure in her care. I highly recommend her.

Rhiannon is a wonderfully reassuring safe pair of hands, she’s kind, fun, creative and thoughtful. Rhiannon arrives on time, is super communicative and will do whatever you need to get you out the door, she has extensive childcare experience, so is an excellent choice for babysitting

An amazing support to our family

We have known Rhi since September 2018 when she started looking after our 10-month yr old girl in a nanny share with another family. We have employed her on rolling contracts and with different nanny share families ever since.

If you are working with her on a nanny share - don't get put off by it, it has endless advantages (different location for the childcare, a playmate for your child, constant lessons in negotiation and sociability).

She been fantastic with our daughter in terms of bespoke childcare - whether it is 'staying in' and focussing on child-led activities (art, reading, imaginative play, cooking) or 'being out' (parks, museums, the zoo) - her care is a success in the eyes of our child every day. We get photo updates every day as to what our daughter has been up to, funny things she has said etc) - we love that aspect of it.

Rhi is qualified, comes with great references and works with your family at the most challenging of times. She is calm, measured and honest with her advice. But, she isn't a preacher. She works around you, but compliments your family in the most positive of ways.

Couldn't wish for a better childminder!

With no family close by, my husband and I have been the sole carers for our two boys their entire lives. Now the boys are both at school and we have both gone back to work we rely on childcare for school holidays. Because of that, we are over-cautious parents who don't take lightly the dangers of inviting a relative stranger into our home to look after the most precious things in our world but we could not have wished for a better more reassuring childminder than Rhiannon. Throughout the background check process, she was accommodating, efficient, professional, and gave genuine reasons for wanting the job alongside her current clients and politely managed our expectations around her other clients coming first as our work was not regular and even recommended we created a bank of ad hoc childminders, which was great advice that we've taken on board. Most importantly our boys absolutely loved her and we felt totally safe and secure knowing they were in her capable hands, she has a lot of childcare experience and clearly loves kids. Every day she turned up in good time, was very presentable and polite and even managed to sort out our complicated library card issue with the library! And I especially love that she always replies to my texts very quickly. Rhiannon will always be our first port of call for future bookings so goes without saying I would recommend her without reservation.

Amazing Nanny

Rhiannon currently looks after our son 4 days a week and is a brilliant Nanny. She is calm, creative, caring, reliable and really flexible. I do not know what we would do without her!

brilliant

rhiannon looked after our 1 year old for 6 months, she did a brilliant job, I always felt at ease leaving him with her.
She is a very patient, playful and friendly, rhiannon always came to work early and had brilliant contact with our family :-) she will hold a special place in all of our hearts and would like to wish her all the best in future jobs xx

Lovely babysitter

Rhiannon looked after my 1 year old boy in the evening, she is very reliable and my son took to her before looking after him, so i felt comfortable. She arrived early and was reachable all evening to keep a check on things. i would recommend her to other mums and will be using her again :)

Amazing!

Rhiannon looked after my 3 yr old son for about 6 months and was absolutely amazing with him. She was mature, responsible, enthusiastic and reliable. My son adored her and would run to greet her as she arrived. She did lots of activities with him, often turning up with a bag of things to make, stick, bake etc. We were very sad to see her go but she secured a full time position. I would have Rhiannon back in a second, she holds a very special place in our hearts and comes highly reccommended!
