My Experience

Babysitting service:

We are two experienced and trustworthy childcare providers based in Peckham/Nunhead and have recently launched a babysitting service for families in South-East London. Between us, we work in Sustainability (Melis) and as a Youth Programme Coordinator at an
organisation supporting children refugees and asylum seekers (Tilly).

We are energetic, creative and highly-organised and take pride in providing hands on and engaging childcare. We love to do arts and crafts, play games and get outdoors as much as possible. We are committed to providing a flexible service tailored to the needs of each family we work with.

I have extensive experience of babysitting, having babysat weekly over the course of two years for 2 families in Brighton.

In January 2020, I worked in a hostel in Tulum Mexico, where I was required to regularly babysit 3 children under the age of 7, planning day trips and educational activities for them.

I have previously been a Support worker:

• Provide support, advice and help for people with learning disabilities in accordance with their support plan.
• Participate in individual planning work with clients to help them achieve as independent a lifestyle as possible.
• To provide support for people with challenging needs in accordance with association guidelines.
• Liaison with G.P.’s, social services, colleges local and community groups as required to assist in the care, support and development of clients.

- Enhanced, up to date DBS certificate for working with children and adults
- First Aid training Level 1
- Project Management
- Safeguarding Adults and Young People
