My Requirements

We are two professional parents, working full-time, trying to take care of our beautiful twin daughters as best we can. Our 6-year olds (7 in Nov) are starting Primary 3 soon.

Since the age of 6 months, the girls had two wonderful full-time and part-time nannies, each with us for three years. Unfortunately, after 3 years our current nanny is leaving us to pursue a new career abroad. I’m sure she can provide you with a reference for us or the girls if required.

We are looking for a nanny/mother’s help to care for, stimulate and educate our kids:

Before school: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 9:30/10.30am
After school: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm – 5:30/6:00pm

These hours will generally be during Aberdeen City Council term-time. There will be more hours on offer beyond that expectation, i.e. non-term time, weekends/evenings.

The duties will be based at our house in the West End of Aberdeen and will enable us to work, either at home or elsewhere, as required. Each day, your day will begin with some preparation and getting the children up and dressed for school, followed by walking them to school drop-off (a 5-min walk) at 9:00am. Preferably, you will then come back to the house to finish off some chores for an hour or so. In the afternoon, you will pick up the kids from school at 3:15pm, give them a snack and shower, and help with homework and keep them stimulated. Your day will end with giving them their evening meal at 5.30pm.
