About Me
Hi my name is Alison and I am a qualified primary school teacher in Maidstone. I am married and have 2 children.
I have experience teaching years from Reception through to Year 6. This includes helping children to study for the Year 2 and 6 SATS and the 11+.
I see every child as being unique who need their learning adjusted according to their needs and interests.
I enjoy making learning fun, but I will go the extra mile to get the best out of a child to fulfil their development.
Having two children of my own I understand the challenges which you are faced with being a working parent and the importance of building a good parent/tutor relationship.

My Experience
I have been a qualified teacher since 2018.
Teaching years from Reception through to Year 6.
11+.
Year 2 and Year 6 SATS.
During my teacher training I worked as a classroom Teaching Assistant and as a one to one.
Prior to teaching I was a Childminder caring for children between the ages of 9 weeks and 8 years old.
Being a parent myself.
My Qualifications
QTS
Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce.
My Availability
Tutoring: I am available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and weekends during term time. Out of term time I am free any day of the week and evenings.
