About Me
Hello! My name is Verity and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I have lived in North Chingford for about 9 years with my beautiful 11 year old twin boys, and our very cute and friendly chihuahua Coco.
I have a lovely warm family home with a big garden for the children to play in. My garden is filled with play equipment and garden toys. I also have a large dedicated playroom at the back of my garden which contains lots of toys, puzzles and role play fun for the children to enjoy.
I love to plan and organise activities i.e. arts and crafts, role play, games, sensory play.
We like to go out and visit the local community such as the local nature reserve, forest, parks, playgroups, to allow the children to explore the world around them.
I provide healthy and nutritious food.
My Experience
As well as being a mother of twins, I have 3 years experience of working in a local preschool as a Key worker, and 3 years now as a childminder.
My Qualifications
Cache Level 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
Paediatric First Aid course (12 hours)

My Availability
I currently have spaces for children from 3 months to 4 years during the day.
My opening and closing times are 8.30am to 4pm.

My children have been with Verity for the last 2.5 years and we cannot recommend her enough. She is kind and caring, the kids love her and her boys very much. Verity is dedicated and creates a warm environment for the children to learn through play whilst catering to their changing interests and needs. They spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying the lovely garden and weekly trips to play groups, zoo’s, farms and parks. We receive a daily journal of the children’s days alongside photographs which is lovely. We are so grateful to have found her, she is amazing and we would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a safe loving environment for their little ones!
