About Me
My name is Kafilat Babalola ( Alias Kaffey), Autism specialist, Early childhood childcare professional, Autism advocate and coach, Autism consultant, childminder, mental health and wellbeing practitioner.
Presently, I provide quality chidcare services in a safe environment ( PRISTINE CHILDCARE ) to all children especially children with special needs( Autism) in a friendly and homely environment. The childcare setting is very natural and an inspiring environment inside out that stimulate all senses, creating quality learning journey and experiences while building a strong foundation for future success.
My childcare services provides a naturing sensory environment with that feeling of a home from home feeling that many parents want for their children in a safe environment where children learn and grow peacefully.
As an autism specialisst, I provide early years Autism intervention childcare services which assist and support children on the autism spectrum from early stages(2 -5 years) and other ages up to 16 years old.
This early years autism intervention makes my childcare setting unique and special as no one has this special services in their setting for children on the autism spectrum disorder.
This is an inspiring development and a better transition for autistc children to settle better in schools.
I am friendly, empathetic, caring, kind, confident and supportive. I embrace neurodiversity, while promoting inclusion and awarness in schools, childcare centers, and in the community.
I enjoy and love working with children especially children with special needs and disabilty (Autism spectrum disorder).
As an Autism specialist and advocate, I enjoy working together with parents, schools, children, social worker, police, companies, and carers to foster acceptantce, promote inclusion, awareness, and support neurodiverse people to succeed in life.
My Experience
Experienced Autism childcare provider with more than 20 years work experience in special educational need schools and communities. Graduated with BA Hons, First class degree in Early childhood, Development and learning, Masters in SEND (Autism), background education in Psychology, Health and social care, Mindfullness and wellbeing and a facilitator.
A passionate and inspirational leader with many years of work experience with fluent English and use of Makaton sign language for people with communication difficulties.
Have good knowledge and experience working with children and young people with special needs and learning disabilities in schools, homes, communities and nurseries.
Advocating and caring for parents with children with special needs and disabilities to support them, spread awarness and provide educative trainings to develop and empower them.
Worked in different schools as SEND teacher, behaviour specialist, Nursery nurse, learning support assistant, and a facilitator.
In addition, I had many years work experience with SEMH, SEND, Physical disability, and other learning disabilities in schools, early years settings, nursing home, and other centres.
Lastly, I aquired good knowledge of safeguarding children in my childcare setting as the CEO of Pristine childcare and wellbeing services according to the DfE Statutory guidance.
