I’m a certified Autistic play therapist/teacher and SEN nanny. Doubled vaxed. I have extensive experience as nanny and disability experience.
I have a QTS and a Therapeutic play skills qualification with PTUK and a certified autistic play therapist with my own company Brighter Foundations. I'm fun, friendly and caring. I enjoy planning outings, crafts and helping children to learn. I am playful with a great sense of humour a passion for supporting young people with disabilities. I enjoy spending time with children and am proactive. My hobbies include writing, dancing and yoga and healthy eating and cooking.
My Experience
I have been working with children for over 12 years as a qualified primary school teacher, Nanny and more recently a Therapeutic Play worker. I have experience supporting children with Special Needs and worked for a Camden based charity and a local e17 charity.
I have been through several Ofsted inspections with a Good grade. My Nanny experience includes working with up to 4 children with age ranges from newborn to 12 years. I am a registered Nanny through Likeminders and have an up to date DBS. I have completed my First AID training.
In my most recent employment, I worked with a 17 month old girl and her new born sister. And currently support young children with autism in their homes using creative resources.
My autism spectrum has a separate rate of hour.
