My Requirements
We are looking for a family to join our nanny share in Bromley in July 2021 for a long-term committment. Our current nanny share family is moving abroad, and while they will be missed, we are looking to maintain our nanny as she is absolutely wonderful, and really fosters early education and development of each child. She is trained in gentle childminding and montessouri approaches, and shows an immense amount of respect and empathy and dedication to each child. She's been in the business for over 20 years and so is really experienced, but is also young and fit and enjoys her work. She really listens to each parent and keeps each parent abreast of everything going on with the child during the day. She is Ofsted Registered, and currently works 3 days/week with us (8.30a - 5.30p); she walks to our house since she lives in Bromley. My son, who is shy as a result of lockdown restrictions, is currently 10 months old, loves her and doesn't even blink an eye when we come downstairs to get a cup of tea - he is that immersed it the activites she creates.
