About Me
Hiya there, I'm Amy and I'm a newly Ofsted regestered Childminder located on the Fens estate in Hartlepool, I live at home with my Husband and two children aged 1 and 6. As a family we really enjoy being outside and all things nature, on a weekend I enjoy going on long walks and exploring new parks and forests I also enjoy doing lots of activities in my spare time with my children such as baking and crafts
My Experience
I have completed my CACHE Level 3 in childcare and Education in 2008, then went on to become a Teaching assistant in a Special Educational Needs school for the last 13 years working closely with children and adults . I have a keen interest in communication and i have been practicing makaton (sign language) for most of my career and qualified at level 2 in 2017. I enjoy using Makaton at work and at home with my children to reinforce language.
I have completed relevant safeguarding training annually and my Peadiateic first aid level 3 in July 2020

I work Monday to Friday 7:30am till 5:30pm
