Welcome to Little Fishes Childminding
My name is Elizabeth and I will be working alongside my daughter Doloresz and my son Modeszt, we are all Ofsted registered childminders, wanting to provide the best childcare and support to families in Earls Court, London.
I did my studies in accounting in university but shortly after realised I love working with children which inspired me to change my career to childcare. I have a strong passion working with children which I would love to share and have been in this line of work for more than 12 years.
We are passionate to help families who need to go to work and to be able to provide a safe, happy and homely environment for children to stay in and to feel like they are at home. Our aim is to help parents and carers to look after their children in a way I would like someone to look after mine and to prepare them for when they go to school. I believe after working with children for 12 years and having raised two children of my own and extremely proud of them both, I have the patiences, love, teaching and nurturing skills to be a successful childcare provider. My children have followed in my foot steps and have experience working with children. We have a strong passion when it comes to working with children and we have always put children first when in our care. We believe we have the love, energy, teaching and nurturing skills to be a successful childminder providers. We love working with children from all ages and enjoy planning activities throughout the day. Our goal is to creative a loving atmosphere for children to enjoy and to feel safe like they are at home.
INFORMATION
Our normal working hours are:
Monday- Friday 8am - 6pm if your needs are different we are willing to work around them and accommodate them.
WE OFFER
Nappies, wipes, sudocrem, all meals and snacks are included within the price.
We have indoor socks provided by us and keep and washed daily within our setting.
2 hours free settling in session.
FACILITIES / ADDITIONAL INFO
We live in a large two story Victorian house, with two entrances one for our private use and one will be used for the setting via the basement entrance. The setting is fully equipped with safety equipment, smoke and carbon dioxide alarms on both floors. We have transformed a large bedroom into a playroom which meets all ages of play. We have large corridors which is suitable for children to play in and have sensory boards mounted on to the wall which children can enjoy. We have a personal bathroom and a separate toilet only for the children to use. We have a large garden which is easily accessible from the play room.
We have our family dog Luna on our premises, she is a 2 year old White Shepherd that grew up with children from a puppy age. She is very gentle and child friendly. That being said she is never alone with the children nor is she free to roam in or out of the nursery room. The children love Luna and she is very fond of them too. Whenever the children want to play with Luna, they are always supervised.
MEALS
We provide:
BREAKFAST- a choice of cereal (weetabix, cornflakes, rice krispies, baby porridge) , toast, eggs.
MID- MORNING SNACK- a choice of fresh fruits, rice cake, oatcake, breadstick with cows milk or freshly squeezed orange juice.
LUNCH- hot meal ( varies on menu) with pudding which is fresh fruit blended with natural yoghurt.
AFTERNOON SNACK- a choice of fresh fruits, rice cake, oatcake, breadstick.
DINNER - hot meal in winter and cold meal in summer (varies on menu).
DRINKS - water is available all day at a reachable height for the children.
All meals are homemade and child friendly. We prepare all meal prior to any children arriving, this allows us to dedicate all of our time to the children and not the kitchen. All meals are highly nutritious, healthy and age appropriate. We are able to cater for all dietary and cultural needs.
We do not accept packed lunches because of allergies.

My Fees
- Childminding from £15.00 per hour
RATES
Full time- £90 per day (8am-6pm)
This includes breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, nappies, wipes, sudocrem and indoor socks.
Fees are payable monthly, 1st of every month and a notice period of one month is required, also required is one months deposit.

Our 1 year old was with Little Fishes and it was a great experience. Elizabeth and team are welcoming and made our son feel loved and at home. He was constantly learning new things. Elizabeth is great at communicating too. We couldn’t have asked for a better childminder.

Our experience with Little Fishes nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we enrolled our child, we knew he was in caring and capable hands. Elizabeth, with her bright and positive personality, has been a delight. She not only looks after the children with utmost care and attention, both physically and psychologically, but also provides invaluable feedback and reassurance.
The nursery ensures that every child has a great time with a variety of engaging activities. It's heartwarming to see our son smiling and eager to start his day there. He enjoys every moment spent at Little Fishes, evident from his reluctance to say goodbye at the end of the day. I have complete peace of mind knowing that he's having fun and learning in a safe environment.
Flexibility is another hallmark of Little Fishes. They accommodate our schedules almost seamlessly, which has been incredibly convenient for our family.
In conclusion, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my child during these formative years. Little Fishes has set a high standard, and I know we'll look back fondly on our time here. I highly recommend Little Fishes to any parent looking for nurturing care and a stimulating environment for their child.

Our son has been going to Little Fishes full time during all 2023. He really enjoyed the cosyness of the place. Things we appreacited :
- The fact that it was a small group of children helped to have particular attention to the needs of each kids.
- Elizabeth, Dolores and Modest always went the extra mile to celebrate event.
- The meal were freshly made, always inluding vegetables.
- The garden space in the back seemed fun for the kids.

Little Fishes is an amazing place for babies and toddlers. This family of 3 happy childminders is supportive with parents and is a caring and fun home for kids.
The communication has always been excellent, with both children and parents and they are very warm and welcoming. They do their best to reply to each individual need and to create a supportive group of children with different ages and characters. The routine and boundaries are very clear for everyone.
The fresh food is hand-prepared, healthy and varied; my baby is such a food lover after 6 months with them.
The place is always clean and there are plenty of educational activities they use every day to stimulate the children. We love to receive pics every month and see how entertain they are with plenty of activities and stuff (songs, music instruments, learning alphabet, reading, coloring, cooking, etc.) They know to keep them entertained and happy: they organize each day some new activities for the different ages. During summertime, the kids enjoy the garden with all the different games.
For each celebration in the year (Halloween, Mother’s Day, Birthday, Christmas, etc.), they have so much imagination to distract them and create a happy atmosphere. My toddler and my baby love the parties and they always come home with gifts and homemade creation;).
I highly recommend Little Fishes for anyone looking for fun, quality, reliable and caring childminding for their children of any age.

We had the best experience with Elizabeth, Dolores and Modezt. They are really dedicated and caring. Our son learned new things everyday and he came home very happy. The team had new and fun activities everyday, and a gorgeous garden for sunny days. We loved our experience and couldn't recommend this childminder enough. They were a fundamental support on our adaptation to a new country and we'll forever be grateful.

Our twin daughters attended Little Fishes Childminding for approximately 15 months. We initially selected LFC as the entire team seemed caring and attentive. We are pleased to say that our first impressions were confirmed and the end result exceeded our expectations. It is a nursery run with a lot of passion and heart and a place where everybody is thriving.
Our daughters were always happy to go to the nursery in the morning and more happy when picked up in the afternoon (albeit more tired from all the activities). They learned a lot, made many friendships and developed from babies to young polite and confident girls. We have always been completely comfortable dropping them off in the morning, making our daily routine less stressful.
In summary, we would highly recommend Little Fishes Childminding as it has provided the perfect foundation for our daughters to continue their journey in life.

We cannot recommend Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt enough. Our boy joined Little Fishes when he was 4 months old and they looked after him and loved him like he was one of their own. They are extremely kind, professional and care passionately about all the children, we knew our boy was always safe and very happy there. The food is cooked fresh daily on premises and they reinvest a large proportion of the fees back into the facility, toys and books. The garden is a children’s paradise and in the summer they have multiple paddling pools. They make a huge effort at Christmas, Halloween and Easter and we will cherish the picture book they put together of our boy’s time there forever.

I cannot recommend Little Fishes highly enough. We started attending 5 days a week when Sasha was 11 m.o. Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt are warm, loving, fun and very experienced childminders. The settling in process was easy as it could be. Sasha was always smiling when he arrived, happy and ready to play and enjoy the day with the other children.
He has been attending the setting for more than a year and he has always been happy there. I also felt very well knowing that Sasha is in a safe and lovely environment. The food was always healthy and freshly cooked on the premises. Facilities are just great with lots of toys and educational activities of all sorts. When the weather was warm, kids played a lot in the garden, which is big and equipped with lots of outdoor toys. Worth to mention that the premises were always tidy and clean.
Unfortunately we relocated to another area and Sasha is now big enough to attend the nursery, but I am very sure that Sasha misses Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt a lot and also all the children that he has been playing with.
We have been very lucky having Elizabeth, Doloresz and Modeszt as our son's educators and will highly recommend them to every family! Thank you!

My 2years old daughter Farah, loved Elizabeth and Dolores. She did not spend much time getting used to the place. She rapidly felt at home . She was happy spending the time singing, drawing and baking. They are warm, caring and loving. Farah when arrived could not speak ; with them she could say lots of words and she is still trying to do. They were amazing with my working hours and understanding , since I am a doctor and can work late and over the weekends. They are very professionals as regards the paper work and bills, reporting any incidence; that is why I felt my daughter was safe. The place is safe and well equipped with all the amazing toys and learning materials. They have an amazing garden where Farah enjoyed fresh air as well as swimming in the mini-pool when the weather was good. Finally, since I had some requirements in term of the meals she received , they were very happy to provide to her, making sure she receive good nutrition.
I would certainly recommend Little fishes for any working Mum that need help with her kid and who feel worried leaving her kid for a long time. Do not worry, your child will be in safe hands.
