Hi ,
I am a kind caring and fun loving nanny I am also mum to a wonderful 15 year old boy Jack who attends Hillhead High School .
I love getting out and about with the children walking in the many beautiful parks around Glasgow be it the botanic gardens Kelvingrove / Queen’s Park but our favourite place to be is The Children`s wood & Meadow where i am a trustee and volunteer. I help to run the outdoor toddler group on a Friday morning , run a forest school session with a local special needs school and help organise events on the land . I am Forest school trained and have an outdoor first aid certificate from BASP . I like socialising with the children going to local toddler groups/ classes and visits to the library. Outside of work I enjoy reading ,hillwalking ,wild swimming & long walks with my gorgeous doggy -:) . My Experience
I have had over 30 years experience of working with children aged from 3 months to 16 years ( including multiples) as a nanny , pupil support assistant & forest school assistant. After my many years working as a nanny I am confident in my ability to handle any situation that should arise , helping with Nutrition, Sleep training , Potty training, guiding children ( and parents ) through the many milestones. I have an affinity with the children and am suited to this type of work. I can provide excellent references.
My Qualifications
diploma in child psychology, diploma in child day care, first-aid trained , forest school level 2.

Sheila stepped in to look after our 5 month old baby boy temporarily when our lovely nanny was unavailable. Sheila has been brilliant. She was always consistent and never let us down. She was kind and caring with our baby and we felt he was getting expert one-on-one attention while we were out. Sheila took our baby out most days for a walk and also to a baby and toddler group each week (which he loved). Our baby is also a tricky day sleeper but Sheila wasn't phased by this at all. We can't recommend her highly enough.
