Hello,
We have two beautiful kids, one 3 year old daughter and a 9 month old boy. Our daughter Sofia is super active, loves jumping (from furniture), dancing, singing, cooking (on her mini kitchen) and doing puzzles.
Our son Santiago (Santi) is the little calm one, he loves to smile and be held.
I have recently been offered a new role at the hospital and will be returning to work at the end of April. The preschool where Sofia goes cannot accommodate her for the days I am working.
So I am hoping to find a childminder, someone who is flexible and will be able to help with the following;

I will need a childminder on Thursday and Fridays between 8am and 5.30pm. Ideally someone that lives close to our area Bolbeck Park MK15. Also, who is able to pick up/drop off Sofia and Santi. I don't drive so it would be great if you're able to assist, otherwise if the person is close to where I live I can pick them up or drop them off myself.
My husband does shift work so he cannot help with this, only sometimes.

Sofia is currently having sessions with a speech and language therapist, she is doing very well, she enjoys talking and explaining - most things I understand as I spend the most time with her, but when she's at nursery they don't always understand. She gestures and points a lot.
I would like her to continue to progress in her speech so ideally looking for someone who has experience.
By the way my husband is Colombian and his family speak Spanish to the kids but at home we speak English. I have been told that this could be a reason for delay in Sofia's speech.

Another thing, a big request, I have been trying to potty train Sofia, they also do at nursery, but I notice that not all the staff were assisting with this. I would really like help with this, she is almost three and a half.
Sofia sits on the potty trainer toilet seat, pretends to push (as though doing a poo), wipes her bum and washes her hands - she can do all the actions but I cannot get her to do the actual poo or wee.

I hope to find someone who the kids will feel settled and happy with. Also, someone who will keep me updated with photos and progress.
