About Me
I’m a mum of three boys, two with EHCPs and complex needs. I’ve recently had surgery and I’m building a new support structure that includes a kind, reliable nanny or babysitter.
My Requirements
Someone experienced with special educational needs (SEN)
• Confident managing high energy or behavioural needs
• Trustworthy, warm, and emotionally patient
• Based near or able to travel to Slough
Main Duties:
• Babysitting for self-care time (evenings/weekends)
• Emergency childcare (short notice if needed)
• 1 overnight stay every 2 months (discussed in advance)
• No household duties — just safe, responsive care for my boys
Pay: Starting around £14–£16/hr, sleep-in £80.
(This is flexible and can grow as funding becomes available – I am also applying for support via Universal Credit’s childcare element.)
Extras:
• Must have/willing to get DBS
• First Aid preferred
• SEN experience is essential
