I am a single mother of a wonderful 4-year-old boy. We are a loving family seeking a fun, reliable, and trustworthy babysitter or nanny or childminder who has experience with children on the spectrum. My little one is full of energy and curiosity, and I'm looking for someone who can engage and nurture him.

My Requirements
I am seeking a reliable and experienced babysitter or childminder to support my 4-year-old son, who is on the spectrum, with the following needs:
Morning Nursery Routine:
- Care for my son for one hour in the morning before doing the nursery drop-off.
- Pick him up from nursery in the afternoon and stay with him for an additional hour.
- This arrangement will remain in place permanently, even after he starts school in September.
Additional Support:
- Emergency Babysitting: Be available for last-minute care when I have appointments outside of school hours.
- Evening Babysitting*l: Occasionally provide support so that I can go out in the evening.
- Weekend Outings: Be able to take my son out on some Saturdays, as my health issues limit my ability to do so. Ideally, you should have a car for these outings.
Consistency:
It is crucial that my son has the same babysitter for all of these responsibilities, as familiar faces and routines are key for him.
