My name is Lauren . I have 3 children aged 12 , 7 and 8 months
I have been.a childminder for 3 years now and it's the best thing I ever did.I work alongside my business partner Shannon and have worked together in nursery settings for years but this job is by far the most rewarding . Giving children confidence and independence is our mission and we love to see them thrive ?
My Experience
Our business is called Over the rainbow childminding .I have been working in childcare for years and recently started childminding . I have my level 3 childcare qualification, first aid and lots of safeguarding , child protection certificates .

Let me down last minute after agreeing to look after my kids leaving me with no time to sort alternative childcare. Avoid! As I never had use of her services I can't comment on anything else.

This lady didn't understand that my staff member was unable to work due to an illness
