My Summary

My Experience

I’ve worked as both a nanny and babysitter for families in London, , for children aged between 18 months and 10 years old. One of my roles also involved joining a family on their holiday to Cornwall, where I helped care for their children throughout the trip. I have also done babysitting since the age of 14 and nannying/babysitting alongside studying for my university degree in Bournemouth.

In addition to home-based childcare, I completed voluntary work experience in a primary school, where I assisted a Year 3 class by supporting students one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce key learning concepts. During my gap year, I also spent three months teaching English in Thailand across three different schools. I was responsible for planning and delivering lessons to students of various ages.

I enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors. I can assist with homework, organise activities, and handle light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning. I’m also happy to help with meal planning or run errands as needed.

Most recently, I’ve spent the past two years working in an events role in London. Since leaving my job, I’m now really excited to get back into childcare.

My Qualifications

I studied at Bournemouth University where I achieved an Events Management degree. I have had a variety of experience with childcare from nannying/babysitting to teaching.
