About Me
I am 30 years old and have two beautiful daughters. I love walking and have both cats and dogs, I am training to be a yoga instructor currently and have an interest in healthy eating having been a vegan for over a year. My views are that we should treat all with respect and kindness with a sense of non attachment to material possessions. My own daughters grew up being introduced to various cultures through both play, food and stories but although I am not myself Buddhist I particularly enjoyed telling them stories based in Buddhist philosophy.
My Experience
I am a full time mummy of two my eldest daughter is 13 and my youngest it a bubbly little 3 year old. I have previously worked in support work for people with learning difficulties and complex needs.
My Qualifications
I am dedicated to my personal development, although I have no childcare qualifications I have children of my own. I am currently studying to become a yoga instructor and doing a course in herbal medicine.
