About Me
We are a 43 year old couple
Dad (Tim) is an English guy who works for a Sports broadcaster on digital stuff
Mum (Alyona) is a Russian girl who works as an in house lawyer for an e-commerce company
Normally we both work quite long hours so some additional childcare support comes in handy. Mum is currently on maternity leave - but will be going back to work in September.
Our eldest daughter is four and will be going to school in September. Our youngest is currently 7 months and will be starting nursery 3/4 days a week in August.
My Requirements
We are starting to look for child-care support for when mum goes back to work.
This will likely be 1 or 2 full days nannying with our youngest when she is not in nursery - and after-school / nursery pick up for both our daughters on the other days. Occasional weekend night baby-sitting might be an option too.
We live in a house in Brentford, near some great local parks and facilities, so there is lots to do to keep the kids entertained.
Key thing for us is somebody loving and caring to take care of our girls, has experience with babies and can cope with the demands of looking after two young kids at the same time.
Qualifications preferable but not essential - most important to us is somebody who the girls take to.
Experience and references are a must.
The ideal person - on the days/nap times when they are looking after our youngest only (appreciate 2 is a handful) - will help with some other household tasks too like kids laundry and batch coooking.
Russian speaker would be a bonus.
Start date around August 2024.
