About Me
My name is Vandana. I am Trinidadian and have lived in Guildford UK for the past 5 years.
I attended Teachers training college in Trinidad and I also have teaching experience, from infant classes up until Grade 3.
Since nannying I have had a total on 11 kids, some on a full time and the rest on a part time basis.
I enjoy travelling, hiking & chasing sunsets! Cooking is an absolute passion of mine as well.
My Experience
I have been baby sitting since I was 13 and officially became a nanny in 2020. I have worked with newborn, toddlers and various kids aged 1-12
I believe and implement the Montessori approach and enable kids with skills for them to be self sufficient, confident and independent individuals.
I place great emphasis on the importance of reading and limiting screen time with kids.
My Qualifications
I do have the Caribbean equivalent of my O and A Levels. I am currently doing my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
