Hi my name is Shannon. I’m a warm hearted and enthusiastic person who loves working with children. I’m very creative so love the ability to use this in my work. My Experience
I have experience working with 3month to 10years. I currently work in a nursery as a deputy manger and have done so over the last 7 years so have experience with lots of needs having worked along side other professionals such as Isend and communication and language teams to support needs of children also. I have two cousins who have autism and one who also which has cerebral palsy. My day to day job is to create learning opportunities for children to develop skills whilst understanding their interests. I prepare food and change nappies whilst supporting toilet training. I also track the development of children in preparation for school.
