My Requirements

Very Flexible!
Live out wrap around care/ nanny/ childminder or babysitter required for up to 4 days per week.
Sole charge of 2 little boys, aged nearly 3.5 and 2 year old.
Duties would involve arriving at our house around 8am to take boys to nursery/ pre school. Nursery (1 minute walk away), pre school is a 15 min cycle or 10 min drive. Then picking up by 6pm taking home to play with them and on occasion begin bath-time/ bedtime routine until we arrive home (normally by 18:30, 4 days a week.)
Then there may be the odd full day if you wanted extra work (as I’m a doctor and sometimes get allocated a random shift on my normal day off around 2 x a month.) Also 4 full days of care 8-6pm during the school holidays/ half terms. If wanted more hours we could also offer cleaning duties but I’m happy to outsource this if you are not keen.
 
We have lots of space for parking.

Both parents are doctors. Dad works full time for long hours and Mum works 3.5 days a week and will always aim to be home by 6pm latest. Her working days sometimes change every 6 months but at least 6 weeks notice will be given for any day change if this applies.  We are moving to the area at the end of July 2024.

Summary:
4 days: 8am (school run) the 5:30-6:30pm (pick up)
Random full days 8-6pm (around 2 month)
Full days 8-6pm during school half terms/ holidays
Odd babysitting
 
The right person must have experience in childcare, especially caring for 2 preschoolers at once! They must be fluent in English, punctual, reliable and keen for a long-term position as we would love to grow the relationship with you as our boys grow. We are a practical and down to earth family and are happy to support you in your needs and work together to provide a happy, fulfilling work environment for everyone. It would be preferable if you lived within a short commute.
 
Start date flexible for the right person but needs to be in place by September 2024.
