My name is Monique, Ofsted graded Childminder, and mother of two beautiful children.
I run an Ofsted rated GOOD Childminding service as of (May 2024) from my lovely little home (Morgan's Playhouse) from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, also willing to be flexible to families with days and times which support is needed.
During the week my mindee children have the opportunity to on a field trip once a week and on dedicated days we attempt to go on visits within the community, that can extent from library, soft play, well-being baby clubs. These amazing ventures allow the children to view and understanding of the world. Within the setting we have focused learning sessions and free play supported by my assistant and I as the children learn through play.
I have a level 3 qualification in childcare, various experience in senior nursery positions spanning over 17 years, and I decided to become a registered childminder during the pandemic to support families during the unpresidential times.
I have a undying passion for care, nurturing, and watching children grow.
We have limited places available for September 2024 and onwards which includes FREE 15-30 hour funded spaces. Please get in contact for more information or a viewing.

My Availability
All year round care 8am-6pm, with some exception to wrap around care.
Willing to make extra provision for families within reason.
I also offer out of hours care for families who starts early and finishes late.
This can be a pick up from home as early as 6:30am and drop off to home.

My daughter has been attending this setting for 2 months full time and it is honestly one of the best childcare settings i’ve ever seen. I would more than recommend, the workers are extremely passionate caring and professional. I am grateful to find a childcare business that I completely trust and have no worries or fears not just me but also my child completely loves everyone there and has flourished since she started. Thank you so much ladies you are a credit to the childcare industry.

My son has recently just started with Morgan’s playhouse and so far I am pleased. She and her assistant are both lovely people and my son has taken to them well which is lovely to see! I am a first time mum with worries and she put all of them at ease, any questions I have she has answered. Her communication is excellent especially for a nervous new mummy like myself.
Though it isn’t the biggest setting, I think she utilises the space well and it is always clean.
They love the children there and the children love them, giving it a very homely vibe. I like that they also care about the children’s education and has many things in place for the children to learn.
Looking forward to this journey together!

My son's father hired this childminder earlier this year and she literally abandoned my child at an after school club. I had no idea as she didn't even contact me to tell me she wouldn't be picking him up or would be late the after school club did after she hadn't shown up to collect him. She failed repeatedly to stick to pick ups ad drop offs and the last resort was abandoning him. Upon questioning her about it she made a joke of it. Do not let this woman look after your child.
Evidence can be provided for all. Also tiny home. Loads of kids crammed into the tiniest lounge I have ever seen.

I’ve found it so difficult to find childcare while working full time. A friend of mine introduced me to this site and I came across Monique. She is God sent. So friendly, lovely, and passionate about her work, she is extremely supportive and very attentive. The service she offers are amazing and perfect to help me work while my daughter is in full time nursery.
