If I could rating more than 5 stars definitely I will do it.My son is extremely excited to be at Rachel home. He really loves to be there.She is very patient person, nice person I would recommend 100%

Rachel has displayed remarkable patience and understanding towards my 2-year-old child. Initially, I had enrolled my child in a nursery, but after just 2 days, I was advised to look for a childminder as my child was struggling to settle in. Despite the significant changes in my child's routine, Rachel remained patient and helped my child gradually acclimate to the new environment before introducing various activities.
Under Rachel's care, my child has made significant progress, learning English quickly and thoroughly enjoying the time spent at Rachel's place. In fact, my child now looks forward to going to "school" even on weekends, expressing a genuine desire to attend. Rachel consistently provides timely updates throughout the day and is incredibly flexible, accommodating my needs when I have had to extend my child's hours due to work commitments.
Rachel's operating hours from 9-5 are convenient for me, and her willingness to extend my child's hours when needed has been a great relief. I am extremely satisfied with Rachel's service and the valuable skills and knowledge my child has gained under her care. I highly recommend Rachel as a childminder!

I contacted Rachel in June 2022 to arrange childcare for my 6 month old son. On first meeting her, she was so well informed and up to date on key information.
Rachel always adapts the daily activities for my son so that he can continue to interact with the other children and develop socially. She always involves him and because of this, he is so alert and interested in the world around him.
Her daily updates keep me informed when I am at work and Rachel is always happy to have a quick chat at the end of the day to let me know how he’s got on! She really looks after him and will mention any small thing so that we can keep an eye out for it.
We feel so lucky to have found Rachel and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’m very happy my little one goes at Rachel’s house. She always cleaned and I’m noticing she starting to achieve more every single day.
She is having lot of fun and everytime I ask her if she wants to come back the next day she replies that she like it. I’m very happy with her. My little one is very sweet with her and sending her so many kiss and that’s made think that Rachel is very very caring with her. And this is all I need to know. Thank you.

I do not know Rachel personally, however ever since my little girl started, she has been learning more, speaking more and over development is inline with how i interact with my daughter. I can only pray for Rachel’s good health so my daughter can continue going.

Rachel has been looking after my 3 years old son since June 2021.Rachel is an amazing childminder.
Raul loves her and now misses her so much. She is doing a lot of activities with them, taking good care. I will recomande her to all my friends.

I met Rachel when I was almost burned out caring for my baby. My husband and I are European and we don't have any help from our families.
She made a good impression to me at first, she gave me an Emergency form, which i wrongly thought was the contract. We chose her because she had certifications and her house had a Montessori style.
For 5 months she was a good help to us. My 8mo baby girl was there part time, first once a week, then 2-3times a week. Rachel did increase our fees with no notice from 8£ to 10£p/hr, food was provided by us (food provided by her would have been £5 per meal). Also, i had to ask for her holidays as she would have advised other parents but not us.
My daughter struggled to settle over there as Rachel's place was too busy with kids, my baby was shy and clingy but she had made progress so we were waiting for her to better settle.
We were paying on time, we were on time in picking my baby up, we were flexible (Rachel would tell us which days my baby could go in the next week), everything was looking ok, we had a polite relation.
But one day she told me that she wouldn't be able to take my baby any longer on half day basis, she would have had her only on full days, starting from next week. This was a 2.5days notice, i was shocked, felt let down, as full days didn't work for our family and this was NOT our first agreement. As i didn't work back then, i rushed to find another childcare solution.
I honestly think that i could report her bad acting to somewhere more formal. I think parents should be aware and protect themselves.

Dear Ana,
Thank you for your message. I would like to highlight the fact that a few things mentioned are not true and I have proof and evidence.
For context when you began coming to my setting you requested an occasional pay as you go use, which meant you only come when I had an availability each week. This all happened at the start of Januray 2022 after you took off four weeks of unpaid leave without notice, in which I never charged you. We are now in September and I have not heard from you since then . I am aware that since leaving my setting you have had issues with other childminders and you have also left them negative reviews. I know this because childminder’s communicate with each other. A childminder has to follow rules and ratio which means that when signing a contract there should be fixed days and hours. There is no such thing as “occasional pay as you go contract …”.
Despite the fact that we had a breakdown in our professional working relationship, I did give notice to everyone regarding changes in hours, days and pricing. All clients stayed and accepted the changes apart from you.
I had tried my best in every way to meet your demand of 9am to 1pm (1 to 2 days a week). The changes I made were very simple. I wanted you to have fixed days and times not whenever you feel like it as that is so disorganised and messing up my ratios. I proposed Monday or Wednesdays as on Thursdays and Fridays I was closed due to my course. As a childminder I have to keep updated and continue to learn so that I can provide a good service.
In addition to this, you stated that I charge £5 per meal when In fact I charge £5 for food for the day, in which parents have the choice to either pay or bring their own food. Furthermore you always provided your own food meaning you never paid £5.
Why should anyone be scared? And protect against what? Be aware that this is defamation with the intention to stain my good reputation and it is illegal to do this. My setting is always busy and all the other parents are happy with the quality of the service offered and their children are happy and develop during the time they spend within our setting. This is because I love children and what I do as a childminder. This is my passion and I love my job. Why would you seek to stain our reputation? Was your child mistreated? Were they not happy for the little times spent within our setting? Were they not fed? Were they not looked after and kept clean and happy to the times you picked her?
Please read the review of all other parents and see how they felt about our setting and service. I must say that your review is the only one that is negative which shouldn't be a major issue if only it was based on true facts and not modified with the intention to alter our image. No parent have left us because of a negative aspect or service within our setting. All the other parents that came before and after you are happy and still using our service to this date. Should anyone wish to verify this please contact us and we will be more than happy to show evidence. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST ANA and I hope you find what you are looking for.
I met Rachel when my baby was 8 months. A friend of mine introduce me her without telling me she was a childminder. I saw her playing with 4 kids and I remember that I approached her telling her how brave she was to have 4 kids and she explained me that she was a childminder. My husband was seat in a bench near the park and when I told him How that lady was so caring with kids he agreed as he was looking at us. So we had no doubt when we had to chose a childminder for our son. He turned 1 and we signed him up at Rachel. She is so caring, qualified and she become quickly a second mom for my baby. I had to go back to work and is bad to say but it’s true: I wasn’t worried of how my child was doing while I was working. This is because I knew that he was in good hands. She always send you a pictures or video of their journey and personal video of their achievements. i still have the one when my son was walking or stopped to have his dummy . Thank you. She works with you in order to get those achievements. She really care of her kids. I moved out london and she helped me to find a new nursery for my son. I’m speechless of how she can make the difference in your baby journey . My son was happy to go and he met a lot of new friends . Thank you Rachel for all you have done with my baby A. and we will miss you.

I was so hugely lucky to have found Rachel to look after my 10 month old daughter. She's a wonderful, caring, supportive, organised and very competent childminder. The moment I met with Rachel she made me feel so comfortable and I trusted her with my daughter.I was impressed by her setting which is very well organised and full of happy children. Rachel has been looking after my 1 year old daughter since October. Rachel is an amazing childminder. she has a lovely home that is very clean, filled with lots of toys, a lovely garden and play outhouse. I loved that she wanted to meet my daughter before starting. My daughter loves her to pieces, as soon as I say we are off to Rachel's she gets really excited, and seeing her give Rachel a hug when I drop her off in the morning warms my heart. I love that she sends videos and photos of my child playing and having lots of fun. So Thank you Rachel for being such an amazing childminder!

Our son’s nursery closed quite suddenly for a week due to covid-related reasons and so we had very little time to find an alternative arrangement. Rachel not only stepped in to save the day at the last minute but was able to provide an amazing experience that was on par with his nursery activities in every way. Our one year old took to Rachel straight away and loved the many interesting and varied activities he was able to take part in, like book readings at the local library and trips to the park. We were so grateful and pleased with the overall level of care and experience that Rachel was able to offer. We cannot recommend her more highly!

As every mother, I would like to offer the best things for my daughter. For our kids' development - choosing the childminder is a essential aspect.
Rachel is taking care of my 3 years old daughter. For her, Rachel's house is a magical place. She is enjoying a lot , she is learning new things,she is playing and making friends.
When I first met Rachel I realised that she is the PERFECT CHILDMINDER for my daughter. She is a very kind, friendly and caring person . Her house is safe, equipped with all the necessary materials for children's activities.
Everyday I receive video and photos , so I can see what they do, what activities they have.
If you are looking for someone to take care of your child, Rachel is the best person!
She puts her heart and soul into her job !
I highly recommend Rachel! 💯

Rachel currently looks after my 1year and 4-month son. She is very kind, nice, and patient to all the kids and she has a fantastic place for children to do activities. My son is very happy to go there. Highly recommended.

My partner & i were looking for a flexible childminder who had previous experience and we came across rachel, we messaged her regarding overnight stays and daytime stays for our 1year old. She replied within an hour and stated she’ll like to meet him first which i highly liked & agreed on as any one could say “yes i can start straight away”. We met up with her and her home was super tidy, kids friendly with lots of learning activities and toys. She showed us around her home including the garden which i was really happy about as we don’t have a garden and i know our son would love it! We met her 2 beautiful kids and her husband who were really welcoming and made our little boy feel at home! Although we’ve had a stay in nanny months ago my partner and i were very sceptical about a childminder as you aren’t present and your child isn’t familiar with the new home. but i must say we we’re and still are more than happy with our decision! From the day our son stepped his feet at rachels home he adapted which was shocking as he’s abit clingy! Rachel always gives us feedbacks and keep us updated via text and send us pictures! I’ll highly recommend!

I have been in London for only a few months now and was really worried about the right person to look after my daughters. (Like any other parent).
I visited Rachel alone and found the house to be homely with lots of toys, with a garden, a play shed and close to a park. I instantly loved it. But the proof would be in the pudding as I was really worried my kids would not take to her.
I came a few days later with my husband and kids and was pleasantly surprised. Especially with my youngest one who easily took to her. This was a shock as she’s a lockdown baby and has spent more of her life in lockdown then out. She’s scared of trees let alone a total stranger.
My daughter fitted in so quickly and easily.
I planned to spend hours waiting around for my kids to settle and cry when dropping them off but they don’t even remember me as soon as they see “auntie Rachel” which has helped me to bribe when it’s time to eat veggies and brush teeth.
I am very happy with the level of service we’re receiving from Rachel and especially the videos and pictures of my kids being sent to me everyday.
Thank you so much Rachel, you’re an answer to my prayers!

Rachel is taking care of my 2 year old son while I’m working. He fell in love with her and her play area and beautiful garden the first visit we’ve made and loves going around. He calls her auntie Rachel and when I drop him he says “bye mummy” and walk in with confidence. She always greats him with smile and I know that he is in the best hands he could possibly be.
For Joshy it’s not like going to nursery because he gets a lot of attention and love, it’s like going to a family member. He is stimulated and does learn a lot, rachel takes him park and Joshy is always happy to stay and goes without a single tear.
I can not recommend her highly enough. She’s just just amazing 🥰

Rachel is an outstanding childminder and babysitter. She looked after my three boys. She was able to help one of my sons who had speech and communication delay. He can now speak and communicate like all the other children in his school. I can highly recommend her services.
