About Me
I’m a 30 year old who has looked after children for as long as I can remember. My mum was a nanny therefore growing up I always helped her with the kids and when I turned 16 I began nannying and babysitting myself. I nannied for a family for 7 years seeing their three kids from newborn upwards, I have worked in nurseries running sports sessions, been a performance teacher and done countless babysitting jobs.
I love singing and dancing, imagination play, crafts, reading and just being a little bit silly.
I take the little ones on adventures all the time utilising my merlin pass and finding other free/cheap fun things to do
I opened Gentle Hugs Childcare in March to give parents quality home like care with flexibility and availability that isn’t currently available. We are open 24/7 to give shift and night workers an option for childcare. We are very affectionate with the children giving a loving and calming space they can feel safe in. We spend as much time outside as we can and encourage outdoor sleeping to promote better health and greater connection to nature.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
I include everything in my pricing - home cooked organic meals, drinks, nappies, wipes, suncream and a majority of outings. 7am-7pm standard rate, outside of these hours is babysitting rates, overnight care is £8ph wake hours and £5ph sleep hours
