Hello! I am an UK-trained Early Years Teacher and have worked as a Pre-School Manager, Early Years Lead and Homeroom Teacher. I adore working with young children and helping them to learn, play and grow using a Play and Inquiry-Based Approach. I believe it is important for children to feel safe, happy and inspired by their adults, to have a stimulating and accessible environment and to interact with resources that feeds their own interests. I want to spend my time forming fun, loving and supportive relationships with children so that I can help them to be happy, safe and independent little people.
I am 39 years old and I live in Gosforth. I have my own car and hold a full drivers licence. Before retraining to become a Primary Teacher, I worked as a Probation Officer for 12 years. I love listening to music, traveling, quizzes and eating out.
