About Me
My Ofsted registration is graded as a Good. I have a house in a quiet cul-de-sac street, not far from the town centre in Swindon, with a downstairs toilet, kitchen and a lounge diner. I have a large 130 foot garden with several outdoor toys.
My assistant & I, like to take children to play groups where they can learn to play along side other children in a safe environment, sing ,make things ,visits to parks, going to the library & reading stories. I believe a child can be taught a lot without knowing they are learning.
We pick up from King William Street, Drove Primary and Lainsmead Schools.
My Experience
I have been childminding since August 2008 years experience and two teenage children of my own.

First Aid.
Food Hygiene.
Safe Guarding children.
I am part of the Swindon Childminders network.
The early years foundation stage (EYFS).
I have currently been graded as Good by Ofsted.
My Availability
I have two full time spaces available in September 2023.
My working hours are Monday to Friday, between 8am until 6pm.

My son has been with since he was 4, now he is 9. Jo is the best childminder I could find. She is responsible, loving and honest person.

Both my children started with Jo on a daily basis when they were 8 months old. My eldest is now 5 and still attends after school. The children love going to Jo and I've always felt they were safe in her care. Jo has proven herself to be reliable, honest and always open for for communication. Jo and her assistant take the children to local toddler groups and will enrich their learning with fun activities when out and about. Jo has a lovely outside space for the children and mine particularly love the trampoline. The environment of mixed ages has meant the children develop lovely,caring relationships with children of all ages. Jo is flexible with her hours where possible and has gone out of her way several times to accommodate my kids. I wouldn't be able to work fulltime if it wasn't for Jo and her assistants awesome care of my children.
