My Requirements

I have an 11-month old son and a 3 year old daughter. My daughter is at the age where she should be going preschool so I'd like someone with the ability to teach her the skills she will need for when she starts school next September, she is incredibly smart (I know most parents probably say that about their children) but you'll see. ? She's super confident which probably is the reason why she's so quick to show off to others. If you take her to the park don't be surprised to find her climbing the highest slide or tackling the older children's climbing frame.

I'm making this decision to hire a nanny because my son has had several accidents at his nursery, one warranted a visit to the hospital and the other almost left him blind. All I ask is for someone to keep him safe and play with him through sensory or activity play. My son is the most relaxed baby, when I gave birth he DIDN'T cry. He's got a very much 'whatever' attitude but excels in the physical and emotional development of his journey. Meaning he's already standing up and climbing on objects and he's balancing on his own for a few seconds at time. The emotional side means that he reacts appropriately to you, even gives you cuddles and sometimes offers his food to share with you.

I currently work 10-4 on Mondays and Thursdays. But I would also like to have someone watch them Friday afternoons so I can have some 'me' time (scandalous I know but I am a full time single parent and I don't get anytime off). This time will be spent running errands and studying anyway.

Extra babysitting shifts may be available if needed but only if you're happy to do so, no pressure as I understand it won't be our agreed schedule. I have other people I can call if you can't but I will give you first pick.

I am a student so I get 85% of my childcare paid for, this money is paid directly into your bank account and I never touch a penny of it. I will pay the other 15% to you directly each month.
