My Experience
Over the past five years, I’ve had the joy of babysitting two wonderful girls, who are now 13 and 9 years old. Watching them grow up has been has taught me how to be consistent, patient, and attentive to their evolving needs.
Beyond babysitting, I’ve worked as an Activity Specialist and Camp Counselor at Camp Oconto in Canada. There, I supervised children, managed an equestrian program, and supported kids with learning difficulties. My experience at camp has equipped me with the skills to create engaging activities while ensuring every child’s safety and well-being.
I’ve also volunteered with the Scotland Wildlife Trust, where I gained experience working both independently and as part of a team. My volunteer work has reinforced my commitment to fostering educational and enriching experiences for children.
Overall, my diverse background in childcare has prepared me to handle a variety of situations with confidence, care, and creativity. I’m dedicated to making sure the children I work with are happy, safe, and always having fun.
My Qualifications
• Full UK driving license and LEZ compliant car
• Standard First Aid with CPR (Valid for two years)
• Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award
• BA Degree in English
