My Requirements

London based Nanny preferably Clapton area wanted to care for 2 children 3 month old baby And her 4 year old sibling.

The mother is self employed working in an unpredictable industry so hours vary and can involve inconsistent surroundings where mother wants to maintain a consistent routine.

Nanny would need to be prepared to be flexible and adaptable with very short notice time wise and weeks may vary in terms of hours and locations.

We need a 4 day week nanny initially working up to 40 hours per week but then transitioning to 5 days a week and 50 hours a week in time

The nanny would need to have a muck in attitude and be prepared to roll with the punches for mother’s work requirements and with in the home too which can often be erratic,

Also you would be working along side dad who is at home full time .

eg some weeks will be calm and others full on and exhausting.

I am looking for someone who is good at implementing and following the routine already put in place , but who also doesn’t mind that routine being bent a little at times if needed , when mums schedule is changed

The candidate will need to have lots of experience with newborns, confident with weaning and potty training .and Have a confident attitude .

If the relationship goes well this will lead to a more of a full time position. The family are east London based, creative, but surprisingly routine lead. Someone who is experienced enough to offer suggestions to mum about her child’s well being and needs would be a real bonus in this role as would the ability to speak French (although this is not imperative).

We hold cleanliness, kindness and warmth as hugely important factors in this role too and a willingness to travel with family if needed would be advantageous

We really want to build a relationship that could potentially grow as mums work load grows too .

A non smoker is a must / we are a pet free household .

The client needs to be trustworthy, loyal , lots of fun and have the ability to be calm too when needed
