About Me
Hello, my name is Abbie, I live with my husband and three children aged 13, 11 and 6. I have been a registered childminder since April 2022.
I am very experienced in childcare with over 12 years experience.
My assistant Vicky also has a childcare background as well as being a mother of three herself which of course is the most experience you can have.
I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully welcome your children into my home and support their growth and learning through child led play.
Recently we have expanded and I now have the pleasure of working alongside two assistants, Vicky and Leanne
Together we create a fun, loving, home from home environment for the children.
I take great pride in what we have built and I couldn’t have done it without them.
I accept Government funding for 38 weeks of the year.
My Experience
I hold my level 3 in childcare learning and development and have had this for over 12 years.
I have worked in a private nursery for over 12years, where I was acting deputy manager, the head of the toddler room and designated safeguarding lead.
Although I loved my job, I was ready to face new challenges that fits around my family life whilst continuing to follow my passion of working with children. I have good experience with babies, toddlers and preschoolers and children with SEND.
