Nanny Needed – Full-Time Summer Role with Option for Ongoing Afterschool Care

We’re looking for a caring, reliable nanny to support our family from 2nd June to 2nd September, with the option to continue in a part-time role from September onwards.

The role:

- 2nd June – 18th July (term time): 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 19th July – 2nd September (summer holidays): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- From September (optional): 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (15 hrs/week, term-time only)

This would suit someone looking for a short-term role over the summer or an interim opportunity to gain more experience in nannying. If you’re only available for the summer, that’s absolutely fine — we’re happy to split the role.

Key responsibilities:

- School pickup, lunch, and afternoon play
- One planned activity and bath each day
- Child-related tasks: laundry, restocking supplies, packing bags
- Our daughter is 4 — confident, independent, potty trained, and full of curiosity. We mainly need someone calm, engaging, and dependable to keep her safe and stimulated while we work from home.

What to expect:

- Warm, respectful and well-organised household
- Clear routines and open communication
- We’ll support you, but you’ll need to be confident running the afternoons independently
- We’re looking for someone who can blend in while keeping everything running smoothly. - You'll need good judgement, a proactive mindset, and a kind approach.
