In my current role, I am in charge of planning and leading arts and crafts sessions for children ages 4-11. I excel at fostering the creativity and confidence of children. From this role I have gained great time management and leadership skills, tailoring my approach and delivery of tasks to each age range.
Support Staff, ART CAMP UK, LEEDS - 2020-2023
In my role, I primarily worked with 4-6 year olds although often with 6-11 year olds too. My key responsibilities were to supervise art activities, lead games and provide pastoral support, particularly to children who felt homesick and/or struggled to socialise with other students. I am passionate about safeguarding children and quickly communicating all concerns to my managers. The children trusted me and felt comfortable asking for my help and advice.
