So… where to start, I have 2 young children who I adore dearly! They gave me a drive to continue my career - with this determination I am now nursery manager for Tops day nursery-setting. I am dedicated and passionate towards my role and will continue to set goals that I can work towards to improve my skill set.
Further to this information I have a level 5 childcare qualification, that I worked hard to achieve alongside pregnancy and maternity leave.

What I do in my spare time:
Me and my girls do lots of activities outside the house together - mainly outdoors / spending time with family and attending clubs such as gymnastics - which they thoroughly enjoy. We find the sea very therapeutic and refreshing so being outside is a drive of ours. However, In my personal time when my girls go to bed. I like to go to the gym and walk our muched loved dogs. Please don’t feel hesitant to ask for a cleaning spritz. Last of all I promote a routine for my girls to instal a safe and healthy environment. So I am all for following a routine, based on the individual.
My Experience
My previous work was as a full time nursery practitioner, which I thoroughly enjoyed, however since having two children of my own I now feel ready to begin a solo career. I have worked since a young age from a receptionist in a hairdressers, to waitressing, retail and then childcare. I have done a lot of voluntary work in settings alongside studying so I have had different challenges and followed different daily routines which has helped develop understandings of different dynamics. Most of my learning has definitely been based on my own children they have taught and guided me to be the best I can be, but to also change my way of life so I can role model positively which reinforces the good skills set I have acquired throughout the years.
