Looking for mothers who would like a doula in 2022 !
I am a trained doula offering prenatal , labour and postnatal services . I will support the mother and family with emotional, informational and physical support during pregnancy , labour and postpartum period .
First 3 families in 2022 will receive a highly discounted rate !
Package includes -
• initial meeting (getting to know eachother & discuss preferences )
•2 antenatal birth preparation sessions - 2hrs each (support with feeding, birth positions, non pharmaceutical pain relief techniques, birth physiology & discussion of any questions/worries you may have. Birth preference planning)
•I will be on call for three weeks around your due date and available to contact at any time for support and even just a friendly ear to listen if you want a chat!
•I will then attend your birth with you, supporting you the whole way through helping you to remember and implement the techniques we have practised to give you the most calming and best labour possible.
•We will then have a postnatal debrief the week after birth.
Any postnatal care can be added on if you would like me to help with any home support after baby is born in the immediate four weeks.
Nannying - Over 10 years experience as a private nanny and owner of Lollitots parent and baby classes. Flexible and happy to negotiate availability for and prices so please message if you need someone to help you out !
