School run drop off and pick up they're all going to to the same school older to in the school youngest is 4 and they attend bridel.wood we live in blunsdon Saint Andrew Abbey farm my shifts verry although and other family do help when they can I need a support network that fits for the boys and one that isn't going to change too much as I can not control my shift pattern

Job Title: Ofsted Registered Personal Assistant (PA) Support Worker (SW)

Hours: Part Time. Hours negotiable?

Rates of Pay: £12 per hour.

Purpose of Job:
I am the parent of a 10 year old disabled boy he has asd adhd hypermobility and
speech delay he needs continuous prompts he needs assistance to regulate his
sensory needs and assistance with physio and his needs include washing dressing
coming on days out taking to some appointments or clubs also needs assisting with the
strength in his legs and other things
I also have 8 year old boy who has ASD and speech delay and asmah he has social
and emotional delay his understanding of language in some areas is below the age of a
4 year old he needs assistance with safety and is can need structure and instructions
broken down so he understands this is a brief description of there needs dressing taking
to school coming on days out babysitting one to one sessions some sessions will be
with all 3 children which will include my youngest son who is 4 YEARS OLD some
sessions will include me some will mean u are looking after all 3 children alone for
example when im at work or univarsity there will be sessions where I will be there

We require an Ofsted registered Personal assistant/Support worker for my children. We require the PA/PSW to be honest, caring, understanding, reliable, trustworthy, and able to work flexible hours. You must enjoy working with children. Clean driving licence and car ownership preferable. You need to be a non- smoker



The funding I receive to employ PA/PSW is ‘Direct Payments’ which comes from Swindon Borough Council and Child Care vouchers from my University. AND SOME TOP UP FROM MY OWN MONEY



Main Duties:

The PA/SW will be expected to do the following throughout the day:



List the activities that you would like to worker to do with CHILD.

Cooking a light meal

collecting from school and after school clubs

Wrapp around care

All day care and dropping to holiday club in the school holidays

· Going shopping,

· Going to local park, swimming, cinema etc.

· Getting to and taking part in various social activities.

Joining in on family days out or some vacations

Getting dressed

Sensory activities

Art

Walks

Use of own car until I get one of my own that can go on my insurance

Hrs will fluctuate
