About Me

Hi,

My name is Amy, I have just finished my studies at the University of Liverpool studying psychology.
I spent my summer in Greece working at a Mark Warner Resort teaching windsurfing and sailing to children aged 3 to 17 years old which I absolutely loved, especially teaching the little ones windsurfing with the tiny sail! I am ideally looking for a host family to stay with from September 2023 onwards, although I am looking to apply to the police in February 2024.

My mum and dad are both childminders, so I have grown up around this and I absolutely love it! I have worked as a youth support worker, working with 15 to 17-year-olds. I have also done babysitting for many different families, with babies aged a few months old to older children aged around 11 years old.
In the summer of 2022, I did a volunteering project in Fiji which involved living with a host family for a month - an incredible experience and have made some amazing memories with the families!
I am quite active and adventurous so ideally looking for a family who also likes to explore! I would love to take the children on bike rides or go on walks around the woods etc.
