Had a little emergency needing help with our 2y9m old girl at the very last minute and managed to find Miss B luckily available to come over the very next day to babysit her for a couple of hours. She has been such an excellent company to Bella keeping her entertained and occupied and calming her down with painting and drawing materials, even helping her with her lunch meal. Bella took a liking to her almost instantly and warmed up like she is a big sister to her. This really provides a much needed rest for Mummy who is heavily pregnant and taking care not to aggravate a hernia complications during preganancy. Thank you so much Miss B just for being there for us. ❤❤❤

Whilst packing to move house it became very clear that we needed someone to help occupy our daughter for a few hours whilst we pack. Again with very little notice on our part, we asked Miss B for assistance. She replied to our message within very few minutes and agreed to help.
On the day of her assignment she messaged us a couple of times, firstly to let us know she was leaving, and then again a few minutes before arriving to let us know where she was (which gave real piece of mind). She arrived punctually but apologiesed for not being 5 mins early and offered to stay 5-10 mins after her assignment to compensate for this. She's extremely polite, professional and her deportment is beyond reproach.
It is clear she also has an excellent rapport with children, having only met our daughter once before for a few hours, she was quite excited and looking forward to be seeing Miss B again. Whilst upstairs working we continually heard our daughter's laughter and and it was clear she was fully engaged in Miss B's activities.
Were we to stay in the area, we would happily engaged her further. We can only hope we find someone as reliable, kind, and professional at our new location.

It was an utterly disappointing experience when someone just goes "missing-in-action'' without even a notice right up to agreed appointment time. It is basic courtesy to just inform the other party if you are a little late or even can't make it/fail to show up for whatever reason. At least, the family could come up with an alternative solution instead of being left hanging. Totally irresponsible and inconsiderate act, hopefully you'll come to understand the situation when you become a mum with kids, heavily pregnant and needing help yourself. I have tried confirming via text at 930am before our agreed babysitting time at 12 noon, there isn't any reply at all even pass 1300pm. Basically MIA, person no where in sight! No msg, no notice and I m left hanging trying to look for replacement while putting on hold on other plans with my little girl.

Had to put in a review even though Eleanor is still helping us out. She has been an absolute delight with her bubbly and bright personality, attending to my newborn baby girl with feeding and settling her down in the mornings especially after a whole night of disrupted sleep. Eleanor is very proactive and always offers to help around the house aside from attending to baby's needs, which provide much needed ease and rest for me after a major complicated C Sec. Always a delighted companion to have around as well, we like to thank you for giving us the much relieved time needed and still doing so. ❤❤💋

Thank you so much Shelly for helping us out on a busy Saturday. You have been so calm and patient with both my 2 girls when they are grisly at a hectic time. Thank you for coming to our aid when we most needed it. ❤ 💋

Phoebe has been helpful at my time of need especially when she proactive in learning with handling my newborn. She is always willing to try and is now experienced with settling my precious 2 mth old girl after feeds, and taking care of my 3 Yr old at the same time. Her comforting ways and calm nature is what set my 3 yr old at ease when she is grumpy and grisly. Thank you Phoebe for babysitting my girls and even continuing to do so. ❤
