About Me
I'm an English literature graduate from the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford with extensive childcare experience, including caring for young children and 11+ tutoring. I'm fun, inventive, and bring lots of energy and creativity to my role. I love learning alongside children, especially reading books together, visiting museums or libraries, and playing imaginary games (often based on what we've been reading). Until recently, I was studying for a PhD in Cambridge.
My Experience
I spent a year (2017-18) working as an au pair for three children (two boys aged 6 and 8, one girl aged 10) in Paris. I speak French and English. I can provide references. I have been babysitting and volunteering with kids since the age of 14, as well as looking after my 3 younger sisters. I have experience leading Sunday schools and cared for a group of 15 7-year-olds in daycare at a summer conference in 2018. I also have experience as a tutor for the English element of the 11+ exam, and tutoring for English GCSE.
My Qualifications
I have extensive experience in childcare (although no formal qualifications). I also have a master's in English literature from the University of Oxford, a first class BA degree in English from the University of Cambridge and A Levels in English, history and French.
My Availability
Available for work as it comes up. I’m based in Islington. I would prefer not to work evenings too often.

- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
From £15.00 per hour for babysitting, £20 per hour for active daytime childcare, £30 per hour for tutoring.
