I am a kind and empathetic individual! I have recently completed a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies. I am a qualified early years educator that has gained lots of experience working in a nursery over 5 and a half years. I currently work for the Youth Justice Service, supporting children, young people and families. I have 6 siblings, 5 of them being younger, so have lots of experience with supporting children of different ages. I love supporting children to become their own authentic self. I enjoy outdoor and messy play with children, encouraging them to explore in a holistic way. Hopefully this resonates with you :))
My Experience
I have recently completed a Bachelors (Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies and have worked in nurseries for 5 and a half years. I currently work for the Youth Justice Service, supporting children, young people and families. I have worked between the baby room and preschool room. This has allowed me to gain experience with all age groups. I am part of a large family and have 6 siblings, so naturally took on caring responsibilities from a young age. I am first aid trained, have completed multiple in-depth safeguarding awareness training, have an up to date DBS and have a sound understanding of the EYFS. I have also babysat for family friends and parents of children i have previously supported in a nursery setting.
