My name is Roisin , i'm 24 years old, Ive worked in childcare for 6+ years.
I love art , I try to come up with creative actuates and games to keep children entertained , I love all things messy play , slime ,water play ,clay .
I enjoy cooking ( especially baking with children).
I love animals , I have a level 2 in animal care and I love all animals.
I’m currently a temporary nanny for 2 families on a Adhoc basis, mostly on bank holidays , weekends and school holidays. I would love to Find a temporary family that needs childcare on Mondays and Fridays. Ive worked in childcare for 6+ years.
My Experience
I’m currently a temporary nanny for multiple families whilst I’m transitioning to a different sector in childcare. I was previousl a nanny working with a family with 2 children I had been nanny with them for 2.5 years, My professional experience has varied from babies as young as 4 months to teen ages and young adults, primarily focusing on babies , toddlers and children and young adults with special needs mainly ADD, ADHD and Autism.
I have gained a wide range of experience working with children from early years to secondary schools in both mainstream and sen schools also including babysitting, childminding , volunteering & nannying.
During my work as a nanny and a childminder assistant I have educated children , cooked meals, changes nappies , assisted with potty training & weaning , planned activities and days out whist fostering a safe playful environment.
