About Me
Hi I'm Orla; I’m 20 years old and currently on my third gap year looking for a nanny/childminder job before I begin university in Sept 2025. I am currently in Australia working as an aupair, and will be available, back in Birmingham, from the end of January 2025.
Also available for regular or adhoc evening babysitting.

My Experience
I have always been drawn to working with children, as I’ve spent all my life surrounded by, and involved in caring for children. From Jan - Aug 2023, I worked in the south of France, as an aupair to a 7 month old baby. I am currently doing the same role in Australia, looking after 2 toddlers. My mom is also a foster carer, so for the past 6 years I helped her out, looked after the children independently, doing school drop offs/pickups, cooking meals, creating activities, and taking care overnight.
I have a great deal of experience looking after multiple children at once as well. I have the most experience with under 5s but have looked after children of all ages. I have some experience with children who have learning disabilities but feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am happy to cook, clean, and help with homework. References available upon request.
My Qualifications
Aside from academic qualifications, I have basic first aid training and an enhanced DBS check too. My experience speaks more than any certificate does, so I hope you take it into consideration.
My Availability
Looking for a full time, live out nanny type role. Minimum 35 hrs per week.
Also available for adhoc babysitting.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
These rates are baseline and subject to change in the case of multiple children, anti-social hours, extra tasks etc.
